At Whrixxendhor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for Balansor products.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product seal is intact and has not been tampered with
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products not purchased directly from our website
- Free promotional items or gifts
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at serviceteam@whrixxendhor.world with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Wait for confirmation and return instructions. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- The product was defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
5.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- The refund amount will be the product price paid, minus any clearly disclosed restocking fees (if applicable)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the 30-day return window but within 45 days (at our discretion)
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This approach is usually faster and helps us confirm current product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for confirmed damaged or defective items.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at serviceteam@whrixxendhor.world. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
9. International Returns
For international orders, please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable by us (contact your local customs office)
- Processing times may be longer due to international shipping
10. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in Canada, provincial and territorial consumer protection laws may provide additional rights or remedies that cannot be waived. If you are located in the European Union, you may have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law.
11. Processing Timelines and Contact
We aim to acknowledge return requests within 2 business days and provide return instructions once eligibility is confirmed. If your refund is delayed beyond the expected processing period, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
